Terms & Conditions:

To secure a booking, a minimum 20% deposit is required.
No reservation will be confirmed until receipt of a 20% deposit.
The full balance is required 30 days prior to arrival or risk cancellation

Cancellations:
30 Days before arrival date: we offer a 100% refund, less 10% administrative charges.
14 days before arrival date: no refund.

Re-booking options are available on request and subject to availability.
Bookings made during our peak season dates are not transferable.
Peak season: 10 December – 10 January.

Diving:

• All Divers must present proof of dive certification prior to their first dive – no exceptions.
• All dives booked at dive planning will be charged to the guest’s account.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to make sure they do not miss the boat
  launch.
• Dive refunds will only be issued for a valid medical reason or if the dive is cancelled by Shark Diving Mozambique.
  Unused, non-refundable dives will be forfeited.
